Graduation Weekend

A day I have been waiting for for a long time finally came, my graduation from Kansas State University. All of the hard work of the semester finally paid off with an awesome graduation day with family and friends.Words just cannot express all the emotions that go along with finishing and graduating from college.

I was blessed with an amazing party thrown by my family that included awesome cupcakes on new cute cupcake stands.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a typical weekend for me if I didn’t incorporate a photo shoot or two.

Up first on Saturday was the Zachman family. It was fun getting to know this family and get to take their pictures even if it was delayed a bit by a bloody nose.

This morning, bright and early, I got to make some photos with a fellow graduate from Fredonia, Miss Hannah McCabe. I have known Hannah for quite some time, and getting to share graduation with her AND take her grad pictures was an awesome privilege. Good luck on your move to New York Hannah!

All in all, it was an awesome weekend that went by way too fast. Make sure you cherish your moments when you have them and don’t forget to capture those moments with pictures. 🙂
